About KG Thienemann

KG Thienemann, owner of ImageArtWork.com, is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Lynchburg, Virginia. He holds a degree in film from Loyola of the South (New Orleans). His work follows in the style of photographic masters P. H. Emerson, Andre Kertesz and Robert Frank. The earliest work available is from 1972. Twice named the National Photo Apprentice for the Spoleto Arts Festival (Charleston, South Carolina), Thienemann works in both black and white and color in 35mm format, both film and digital. His work features images from the United States, Europe and Asia. His photo was chosen in October 2013 as one of the 50 finalist in the online "Iceland Naturally" cover photo contest on Facebook.
